CARTELS S.A. employ: Construction Manager, Construction Manager, Construction foreman.
Region: Jędrzejów (Świętokrzyskie province)
REQUIREMENTS:
• higher education construction
• min. 5 years professional experience in the construction industry
• min. 2 years of professional experience as a
• building license (not applicable to the Construction foreman)
• experience in direct execution (construction cubature)
• proficient computer skills (Excel, MS Project, Norma Pro, AutoCad)
• Ability to manage a team of subordinate
• very good organization of work
• independence
• engagement
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• responsibility for the quality, timeliness and financial discipline in the course of the work
• carrying out work in accordance with the provisions of Construction Law, Polish Standards
and the principles of safety and fire protection.
• oversee the implementation of works based on the requirements of the contract, technical documentation, schedules and plans for the organization of work
• documentation for the executive oversight
• supervision of subcontractors and suppliers
• Manage a team of subordinate
